Itero scanners are utilized to produce digital dental impressions during a process that is much less invasive than traditional dental impressions. This eliminates the need for mold trays and impression material (alginate) to be placed in your mouth. How do Intraoral Scanners work?

The intraoral scanner utilizes a light source to scan your teeth and capture images using imaging sensors. These images are then processed by scanning software to generate a 3D model of your teeth.
