Meet Dr. C. Anthony LoPresti

Dr. LoPresti is a seasoned dental professional with over 25 years of experience in various aspects of dentistry. He has specialized in complicated and full mouth rehabilitation, crown and bridge work, veneers, implant placement and restoration, TMJ disorder treatment, Invisalign®, conservative periodontal treatment, root canal treatments, and laser dentistry. Dr. LoPresti holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Columbia University School of Dental & Oral Surgery, where he also serves as an instructor and member of the Admissions Committee. He earned his Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons, where his research focused on micronutrient concentration gradients in TMJ synovial fluid and plasma.

Dr. LoPresti has held significant positions, including founding the Department of Craniomandibular Disorders at Staten Island University Hospital and serving as an assistant in the Department of Oral Surgery at New York Presbyterian Medical Center. His private practice has been thriving for over 25 years, with offices in Staten Island, NY, and Holmdel, NJ. Dr. LoPresti is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and has held various leadership roles in the Richmond County Dental Society. Dr. LoPresti is also a member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain; he’s had leadership roles in Richmond County and the presidency in a dental society.
